Description: An empty "shell" (old exoskeleton) of a Micrutalis sp. treehopper nymph on the leaf of a California Croton (Croton californicus) by the trail on the north side of pHake Lake. This is likely Micrutalis occidentalis, which was seen the same day on the other side of this leaf, but it could also be Micrutalis parva.
